Support
The CLICC
classrooms and the lab on
the first floor are always staffed with student consultants with
general knowledge of computing and CLICC resources. Additionally, there
are Training Specialists with additional expertise on classroom
technology, and on specific software applications. Training Specialists
conduct general workshops in these applications. Instructors wishing to
schedule a workshop for their class may contact the CLICC Classroom
Coordinator. The software applications taught may change from quarter
to quarter based on demand, but have included iMovie, Photoshop, and
Dreamweaver. Aside from their workshops, CLICC Training Specialists
hold office hours regularly for users with specific questions. Workshop
schedules and topics for a quarter are posted by the second week of the
quarter.
