To access the internet:
Plug in the ethernet cable first before turning on the laptop. After the laptop has booted, open a web browser and it will automatically open to the login web page. Enter your UCLA Logon and password. You will get a "Login Successful" message and will then be redirected to your webpage.

To access other servers or to print:
First follow the above instructions to access the internet. You will then need to launch and login with the Authentication Client to access the Humanities or Social Sciences server or to print to a CLICC printer. Thus, you need to login twice.

Note: If the network connection is inactive for more than ten minutes, the system will disconnect you. The browser will prompt you to enter in your UCLA Logon and password again to reconnect to the network.
