Portable Projectors "Presentation Kits"

Users with a valid BruinCard can check-out a portable projector kit from the CLICC Lab, 145 Powell Library Building, and CLICC Classrooms, 320C Powell Library Building. The presentation kits must be returned to the same location in which they were checked-out. There is a 6-hour check-out time limit. The projector may not be in use outside of CLICC operation hours.

To check out a projector, you must have a valid BruinCard at the time of checkout. Go to the classrooms or the CLICC lab to make your reservation; reservations can be made for a maximum of six (6) hours or until we close, whichever comes earliest. Pick up the PresentationKit from where you reserved it. You will be asked to fill out a form, and an inventory of the PresentationKit will be made (to ensure all items are accounted for). Please return your projector on time and to the original location where you checked it out from; you will once again fill out the form to show that you checked the PresentationKit back in, and that it's in good condition.

The kit includes:

• Portable projector with connectors (VGA, power plug, and remote control)
• Surge Protector
• Stereo Plug (male to male) for attaching the sound sorce to an external sound system
• Set of small stereo speakers
